Male Architect (3D Walkthrough & Visualization)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years

The role involves architectural design development and creation of high-quality, immersive 3D walkthrough videos showcasing photorealistic architectural spaces.

The candidate will be responsible for 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation to produce realistic virtual tours for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Technical Requirements:

Proficiency in 3ds Max and/or SketchUp for 3D modeling Strong expertise in V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion for lighting and rendering Knowledge of material creation, textures, and environment setup Experience in camera animation, walkthrough sequencing, and rendering output Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit for architectural drawings Ability to interpret architectural plans, sections, and elevations Basic post-production skills using Photoshop / After Effects (preferred)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in architectural visualization Strong design sense and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with design teams Immediate joiners preferred
