Job Summary

We are looking for a

skilled and creative Architect

to lead design development, create innovative solutions, and manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically sound, and capable of translating concepts into practical, functional, and aesthetically refined designs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural planning and Vastu-compliant designs from concept to development, aligned with client requirements.

Prepare blueprints, estimates, and authority drawings as per bye-laws, including application & objection handling.

Prepare detailed working drawings:

o Structural (column layouts & details, footings, slab details)

o Electrical & plumbing plans

o Furniture layouts

o 2D & 3D elevations

o Door/window schedules

Handle office and project management tasks with end-to-end client coordination.

Assist with construction quotations and project cost estimation.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Support interior layouts, material selection, and fixture specifications (optional).

Stay updated with design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized/accredited institution (Preferred).

Minimum

2 years

of professional experience in architectural design.

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel

.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Excellent design sense, visualization skills, and attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and handle complex design challenges.

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

COA registration

is preferred.

Work Experience

Minimum

2 years

of experience under a registered Architect/Architecture firm is required.

Experience in Dehradun

will be given priority.

SkillsMust-Have Skills

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

.

Strong 3D modeling/design skills (SketchUp/Revit, etc.).

Proficiency in

Lumion / V-Ray

.

Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Excellent visualization, drafting, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and basic construction standards.

Proficiency in

MS Word & MS Excel

.

Add-On / Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

Photoshop

and Adobe tools.

Ability to prepare

estimates, quotations, presentations, and reports

.

English & Hindi typing skills.

Interior design knowledge.

Familiarity with

DSR

, DPR preparation, or govt project workflows.

Experience in large-scale residential/commercial projects.
