Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering from a
recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design and project
execution.

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD (Mandatory), MS Office, Photoshop, Indesign, SketchUp
(Mandatory)/3Ds Max (Optional), rendering software (Lumion), Revit (preferred), Rhino (preferred).

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities. Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Knowledge of BIM is a plus. Experience with parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper) is a plus.
