Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and energetic

Archery Instructor / Coach

who can train, mentor, and inspire students through structured and engaging archery programs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of archery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate students of all skill levels. The role also involves demonstrations, promotions, and travel as required.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct

professional archery training sessions

for students across different age groups. Teach

archery fundamentals

, including stance, posture, grip, aiming techniques, release, and follow-through. Instruct students on

equipment handling

, including bows, arrows, safety gear, and maintenance. Design

skill-based drills, practice routines, and strength-conditioning exercises

specific to archery performance. Identify and nurture talent by providing

individual coaching and performance feedback

. Promote

discipline, focus, confidence, and sportsmanship

through archery training. Ensure

student safety

by strictly following archery safety rules and range protocols. Organize and assist in

inter-school competitions, tournaments, and practice sessions

. Maintain a

positive, disciplined, and motivating training environment

. Be flexible and willing to

travel and relocate

as per organizational requirements. Continuously upgrade skills by learning

advanced archery coaching techniques and rule updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field

(mandatory).

Specialization or strong playing/coaching experience in Archery

(mandatory). Sound knowledge of

archery rules, techniques, scoring systems, and safety standards

. Strong communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Ability to train

beginners as well as competitive-level archers

. Energetic, disciplined, and student-focused teaching approach. Confident personality with strong

presentation and interpersonal skills
