Seeking a

passionate and skilled

Archery Coach

with experience training and mentoring students in safe and effective archery techniques. Dedicated to developing students' focus, discipline, and confidence through structured instruction and positive coaching methods

Key Responsibilities:-

Teach students proper archery techniques including stance, draw, aiming, and release. Enforce all safety procedures and maintain a secure practice environment. Ensure all equipment (bows, arrows, targets, arm guards, etc.) is properly maintained and safely stored. Teach focus, patience, and goal-setting as part of overall skill development. Plan and deliver

structured physical education sessions

for students. Teach fundamental

sports, fitness, and movement skills

to different age groups. Encourage

active participation

and promote a healthy lifestyle. Ensure a

safe and inclusive

environment for all students. Assess students'

physical fitness levels and progress

. Organize and conduct

sports activities, events, and competitions

. Maintain sports equipment and ensure

safety protocols

are followed. Provide guidance on

teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship

. Report student progress and maintain records as required.
Key Requirements:-

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Certification or training from a recognized archery organization. Strong knowledge of archery techniques, equipment, and safety standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to instruct and motivate students of varying skill levels.
