to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and keep our arcade running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day gamezone operations
Supervise and schedule staff
Handle customer queries and ensure a fun, safe environment
Maintain arcade machines and coordinate with vendors for repairs
Drive promotional activities and improve customer engagement
Requirements:
Strong leadership & communication skills
Prior experience in gaming zones.
Energetic personality with problem-solving abilities
