Translate all written communication (medical reports, treatment plans, consent forms, email communication) from English ? Arabic.
Provide live verbal interpretation during doctor consultations, therapy briefings, and guest interactions.
Ensure cultural sensitivity and accuracy in all translations.
Assist the medical and therapy teams in explaining treatment procedures to Arabic-speaking guests.
Guest Relations
Greet and welcome Arabic-speaking guests upon arrival with a warm and personalised experience.
Handle check-in/check-out processes smoothly in coordination with the Front Office team.
Assist guests with room orientation, retreat facilities, treatment schedules, and dietary guidelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking guests for any concerns, requests, or inquiries.
Coordinate with Ayurveda doctors, therapists, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure guest expectations are met.
Guest Experience Management
Monitor guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Handle complaints or service issues politely and ensure timely resolution.
Arrange special assistance such as transportation, billing explanations, follow-up appointments, and discharge procedures for Arabic-speaking guests.
Provide cultural insights and communication support to staff to better serve Middle Eastern guests.
