Job Summary:

We are looking for an Arabic Translator & Patient Relations Executive to assist Arabic-speaking patients with communication, registration, and treatment coordination. The role also involves picking up Arabic patients from the airport and dropping them at the clinic, ensuring they have a smooth and comfortable experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate and interpret between Arabic and English for patients and staff. Assist Arabic-speaking patients during registration, consultation, and treatment discussions. Communicate treatment plans, consent forms, and post-treatment instructions clearly. Pick up Arabic patients from the airport and drop them at the clinic safely and on time. Support the front desk and reception in patient coordination and scheduling. Ensure smooth patient flow and provide a welcoming environment. Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all patient-related documentation. Assist management with Arabic communication, including calls, emails, and marketing materials if required.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Arabic and English. Valid 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality and professional appearance. Previous experience in healthcare or hospitality preferred. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a clinical environment.
