Key Responsibilities
Handle WhatsApp & phone communication in Arabic
Explain treatment packages & travel details
Translate messages/offers between client & team
Assist in scheduling doctor appointments
Support clients during travel and treatment
Provide updates and follow-ups in Arabic
Deliver excellent customer experience
Assist until the client completes treatment and returns home
Skills Required
Conversational Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred)
Good English communication
Customer service mindset
Polite, patient, friendly behaviour
Ability to work on WhatsApp easily
Basic understanding of medical/health terms (training provided)
