Arabic Customer Service Executive



We are seeking a part-time

Arabic Customer Service Executive

to assist our GCC clients with smooth WhatsApp communication, travel coordination, and medical/tourism support. This role ensures clear Arabic communication during inquiries, treatment coordination, and travel assistance.

Key Responsibilities



Handle WhatsApp & phone communication in Arabic Explain treatment packages & travel details Translate messages/offers between client & team Assist in scheduling doctor appointments Support clients during travel and treatment Provide updates and follow-ups in Arabic Deliver excellent customer experience Assist until the client completes treatment and returns home

Skills Required



Conversational Arabic (Gulf dialect preferred) Good English communication Customer service mindset Polite, patient, friendly behaviour Ability to work on WhatsApp easily Basic understanding of medical/health terms (training provided)

Work Structure



Remote / work-from-home On-call or part-time Flexible timing
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
