Liaise with government ministries and regulatory bodies to address issues, clarify requirements, and resolve any concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to monitor task progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates, gather necessary information, and address inquiries.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, including department trackers and reports related to government procedures.
Follow up with both government agencies and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of pending matters.
Assist internal departments with official documentation, renewals, and compliance-related processes.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager based on business needs or operational requirements.
