Arabic Language Expert

to work as a

Project Coordinator for Mystery Audit projects

. The role requires strong proficiency in the Arabic language along with excellent communication and coordination skills to manage audit-related activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage

mystery audit projects

for Middle East regions Communicate effectively in

Arabic and English

with auditors and clients Translate and interpret audit-related content, questionnaires, and reports where required Support auditor onboarding, briefing, and coordination for assigned projects Ensure timely execution, tracking, and closure of mystery audit assignments Maintain accuracy in data handling, reporting, and documentation Act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and external auditors

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Arabic language (written and verbal) - mandatory

Strong communication skills - mandatory

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet project timelines Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, Email) Prior experience in project coordination, customer experience, research, or audits will be an advantage

Preferred Profile

Experience in

mystery audits, market research, or customer experience projects

Familiarity with Middle East markets is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
