Job Title: Arabic Faculty

Location: Manjeri

The Arabic Faculty will be responsible for teaching Arabic language courses to distance education students through online mode. The role includes curriculum delivery, student guidance, evaluation, and academic support to ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

Deliver Arabic language classes through online platforms (live sessions, recorded lessons, LMS). Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and spoken Arabic. Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
2. Student Support

Guide students with academic queries related to Arabic subjects. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, tutorials, and interactive classes. Provide timely feedback on assignments and assessments.
3. Evaluation & Academic Activities

Prepare question papers, assignments, and evaluation rubrics. Conduct examinations, evaluate answer sheets, and maintain accurate academic records. Track student progress and provide improvement suggestions.
4. Coordination & Administration

Coordinate with the academic coordinator and other faculty members. Update attendance, class reports, and student performance in the LMS/ERP. Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of written and spoken Arabic. Ability to teach students at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. Good understanding of online teaching tools (Google Meet, Zoom, LMS). Excellent communication, presentation, and management skills. Patience and the ability to guide diverse groups of learners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Literature, Islamic Studies, or related fields. Teaching experience in Arabic (school/college/training institute preferred). Experience in distance education or online teaching is an added advantage.
