Role Overview:
We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Support Executive to join our growing support team at Infopark, Thrissur. The role is for one of our clients based in Kuwait, whose services span the Middle East. The selected candidate will assist customers across the region via call and chat support, ensuring timely responses and professional service in line with our client's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls & chats from Arabic-speaking customers.
Provide accurate information and assistance related to warranty coverage and claims.
Log and track customer interactions through the CRM system.
Coordinate with the Kuwait operations team for escalations and updates.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements:
Fluency in Arabic communication
Good English communication
Experience in customer support, call center, or BPO preferred.
Ability to manage both voice and chat support channels.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with support tools.
Preferred Experience:
Experience dealing with Middle East-based customers, especially from Kuwait, UAE, or Saudi Arabia preferred
Working Hours:
Aligned with Middle East time zones.
