We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Chef with good hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes, especially
Chicken Alfahm and Fish Alfahm
. The candidate must have strong knowledge of
marination techniques
to ensure consistent flavor, tenderness, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Chicken Alfahm, Fish Alfahm, and other grilled dishes according to standard recipes
Prepare, mix, and apply marinades with proper knowledge of spices, herbs, and resting time
Ensure correct marination methods for chicken and fish to achieve authentic taste and texture
Handle grilling, roasting, and finishing techniques professionally
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw and cooked food
Support daily kitchen operations and work efficiently during peak hours
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Intermediate Chef or Cook
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in marination preparation
Strong experience in Chicken Alfahm and Fish Alfahm
Understanding of spice combinations and flavor balancing
Ability to work under pressure and work as part of a team
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
Preferred Skills:
Experience in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine
Ability to prepare different varieties of marinated chicken and fish dishes
Good time management and multitasking skills
Experience Level:
5-8 years of relevant experience
