About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile 3D Avatar and Animation Designer & Developer to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-quality human avatars and animations for various projects, including interactive media, AR/VR, or other digital experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, deep technical knowledge of 3D software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create, model, and texture high-quality 3D human characters and avatars. Develop and implement 3D animations, including rigging, skinning, and motion capture, to bring characters to life with realistic movement and expressions. Work with clients and internal teams to conceptualize and visualize project requirements. Optimize 3D assets for performance and ensure they meet all technical specifications for the target platform. Collaborate with other designers, artists, and developers to ensure seamless integration of 3D assets into the final product. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, software, and technologies related to 3D design and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Animator, or Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with human avatars and animations. Expertise in 3D software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, ZBrush, or 3ds Max. Experience with real-time rendering engines like Unity 3D or Unreal Engine is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. A solid understanding of anatomy, form, and motion to create lifelike and expressive characters. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Ability to commute to the office in Gurugram.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
