Key Responsibilities

Manage

end-to-end AR (Accounts Receivable)

process for US healthcare clients. Review and analyze

insurance claims, denials, and payments

. Perform

follow-ups with insurance companies

via calls and emails to check claim status. Identify and resolve

claim rejections and underpayments

efficiently. Accurately

post payments and adjustments

in the billing system. Meet daily productivity and quality targets as per SLA. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (any stream). 2-5 years of experience in

US Medical Billing / AR Calling / RCM

. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Good understanding of

healthcare terminologies, EOBs, and claim cycles

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in

Night Shift (US time zone)
