**ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONALS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY**** Job Summary

Candidate should have experience in AR Follow-up / Billing / Payment Posting / Denial/Rejection handling.
Generate claims and payment posting on daily basis.
Review Insurance/patient aging and prioritize claims/accounts for follow-up.
Investigate and resolve patient billing queries.
Calling insurance company/patient as per applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to deadlines.
Willing to work in Night Shifts.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum experiences of 3 years in US Healthcare: Charge Posting, Payment Posting, AR Calling, Refunds/Adjustments and Denial Management etc.
Should have knowledge of EMR/EHR software.
Experience in Kareo will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills & customer orientation and an unwavering commitment to service quality.
Problem analysis and problem solving skills
Team member.
Excellent command over English \xe2\x80\x93 Written & Oral
