Make outbound calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers to check claim status and resolve issues.
Follow up on pending or denied claims and update records accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and claim progress.
Achieve daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
Comfortable working in night shifts.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory for calling).
Basic Excel knowledge for record keeping and reporting.
Good typing speed and overall computer proficiency.
