Job Type: Full-time / Work-from-home (depending on company policy)Job Summary:We're looking for proactive and result-oriented AR Callers to join our team at Infotek Healthcare Solutions. As an AR Caller, you'll be responsible for managing and resolving accounts receivable queries, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients/payers.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls for AR follow-ups

- Resolve billing queries and disputes

- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections

- Update payment details in the system accurately

- Meet daily/weekly collection targets

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

- Work in shifts (might include night shifts or weekends)

Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills (English)

- Basic computer skills and typing knowledge

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

- Fresher-friendly; training will be provided

Preferred:- Prior experience in AR calling

- Knowledge of healthcare industry or insurance processes

Salary:- ?8,000 - ?25,000 per month + incentives
