Key Responsibilities (Roles & Responsibilities):
Handle international customer queries and complaints via phone, specifically related to Medical Insurance for US clients.
Provide excellent customer service with accurate information and solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Contribute to quality improvement and the development of best practices.
Candidate QualificationsEducation:
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 0-2 years in customer service or a related field.
Mandatory Skill: Excellent English Communication (Spoken and Written).
Other Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in a US/Night Shift.
