AR Caller (Accounts Receivable - Voice Process)

Shift:

US Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM)

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

Location:

Gurugram, Sector 48

Job Responsibilities

Call US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status Handle billing for US healthcare providers Follow up on outstanding claims and identify next steps Obtain payment details for processed claims Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action Maintain quality and productivity as per client standards Participate in process improvement and gain exposure to the complete
