Accounts Receivable Associate (AR Caller) - US Healthcare

We are looking for experienced

AR Callers (US Healthcare)

to join our team at AdeptMed. The candidate will be responsible for

claims follow-up, denial management, and AR resolution

, ensuring timely collections while adhering to US healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on outstanding

US healthcare claims

to reduce AR days Handle

denial management

, identify root causes, and resubmit claims Communicate with

US insurance companies

regarding claim status, denials, appeals, and payments Monitor and work on

AR ageing reports

Maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken Ensure compliance with

HIPAA and US healthcare regulations

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR and denial reports

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in

US Healthcare AR Calling

Strong knowledge of

Denial Management & Claims Resolution

Familiarity with insurance portals and calling processes Good communication and follow-up skills
