We are looking for an experienced

AR Caller

to join our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves following up with US-based insurance companies, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate claim resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Call US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending claims. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up on accounts receivable. Handle patient billing queries and verify/correct insurance details. Post cash payments and write off adjustments as necessary. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and PHI confidentiality standards. Support smooth medical billing cycle operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of AR Caller experience in Healthcare RCM is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong verbal & written communication Typing speed of 30-35 WPM Problem-solving and analytical abilities Ability to manage work queues independently and collaboratively

Immediate Joiners preferred.

Shift:

US Night Shift (mandatory, office-based)

Salary Range:

?2,40,000 - ?3,60,000 per annum
