Role and Responsibilities:

Contacting customers to follow up on outstanding invoices Resolving customer inquiries and disputes Updating customer accounts and records Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions If you have a knack for communication and problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Desired Candidate

High school diploma or Graduation is required. Basic understanding of Computers and excel. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment. Willing to work in night shift.
