for our Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge in
US Healthcare RCM
,
denial management
, and
insurance follow-up
. The role involves interacting with insurance companies to resolve unpaid or denied claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with
insurance companies
on outstanding claims.
Handle
denials, underpayments
, and
rejections
effectively.
Document all actions taken for each claim in the billing system.
Identify and escalate issues affecting payments.
Work closely with the team to meet daily/weekly targets.
Maintain professional communication during calls.
Ensure compliance with
HIPAA guidelines
.
Required Skills & Expertise
1-3 years experience in
US Healthcare AR Calling / RCM
.
Strong understanding of
EOB, ERA, claims, denials & appeals
.
Excellent
communication & analytical
skills.
Ability to work in
night shifts
.
Good typing speed and system handling skills.
