Job Description

Review the assigned claims and verify their status by contacting the payer through phone, IVR, or the appropriate web portal. Conduct a thorough inquiry by asking issue-specific questions and accurately document all responses. Record all steps taken and update the customer's revenue cycle platform according to client documentation standards. Ensure full compliance with MBW's information security policies and maintain the highest level of ethical conduct.

Medical Billing Certification: will be an added advantage for selection

Experienced IN:

In-Patient AR denial management and Insurance AR Follow-up, Hospital billing, AR follow-up and denial experience in AR collections, AR Appeals end to end RCM in US healthcare.

Candidate Profile

Should have worked as an AR Caller for at least 2 to 4 years of experience with medical billing service providers, Good knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management concept, Positive attitude to solve problems, Ability to absorb client's business rules, Knowledge of generating aging report, Strong communication skills with a neutral accent , Graduate degree in any field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
