Job Description

Age limit:20 to 30.

Claim follow-up:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check the status of pending claims.

Denial and rejection resolution:

Investigate and resolve issues with denied or rejected claims by appealing them or correcting errors.

Patient communication:

Contact patients to follow up on outstanding balances and address any inquiries.

Data entry and record-keeping:

Accurately document all call activities, outcomes, and payment information in the revenue cycle management platform.

Internal collaboration:

Work with internal departments, such as billing and coding, to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.

Reporting:

Generate reports on accounts receivable, claim status, and reasons for underpayment or denial.
