Requirements:

Must be fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills Willing to work in Night Shift (US Healthcare / Voice Process / International BPO) Basic knowledge of US Healthcare Medical Billing, AR Calling, Denial Management - preferred Familiarity with medical billing terminologies (CPT, ICD, Modifiers) - added advantage Candidates from International Voice Process, Customer Support, Call Center, or BPO background can also apply
