Job Summary:



We are hiring an AR Caller to join our revenue cycle management (RCM) team. The role involves calling insurance companies (in the US) to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to insurance companies in the US to resolve pending claims. Analyze and work on insurance denials, rejections, and claims not paid properly. Review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and take necessary action. Document all calls and actions taken accurately in the system. Follow up on the assigned accounts to ensure timely resolution and closure. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and resolution. Coordinate with the internal billing team to escalate or resolve any claim issues.

Key Skills Required:



Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of US healthcare and insurance terminology (preferred). Understanding of denials, EOBs, insurance follow-up process. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Qualifications:



Graduate / Diploma holder (any discipline). 0 to 2 years of experience in AR calling or US healthcare (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Willing to work in night shifts.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
