We are looking for a AR Caller to handle inbound/outbound calls for our US clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from US customers Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally Document all customer interactions in CRM systems Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards Upsell/cross-sell products where applicable Follow US business etiquette and call handling protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English Neutral or US-accent preferred Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to work in night shifts / US time zones Customer service orientation and positive attitude

Graduates candidate with Good Englsh skills can apply

5 days working only Fixed night shifts Cab facility available Fixced saturday and sunday off

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
