Job Description

Responsibilities of AR Caller :



Conduct thorough follow-up on outstanding claims through various channels (phone, email, eFax, and online portals) to ensure timely resolution. Analyze claim denials, identify trends, and initiate appeals to recover denied or underpaid claims. Collaborate with internal departments to address/direct billing, coding, and claim submission issues. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions, actions taken, and account status. Adhere to strict HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality. Meet and exceed daily productivity and quality metrics as established by the management. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the revenue cycle team.

Core Competencies & Qualifications:



College degree or equivalent. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in insurance collections, with a strong emphasis on claim follow-up and recovery. Comprehensive knowledge of payer regulations and billing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve claim issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with payers, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
