Post: AR Executive (Accounts Receivable) (Medical/Dental)

Educational Qualifications: Any graduate / Undergraduate

Role Overview:

We are looking the candidate who are experienced in Voice Process (AR Caller / AR calling) for

medical billing in US Healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status

2. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims

3. Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales

4. Work on denials/rejections within 24-48 Hrs.

5. Work on Eligibility and Benefits in details to make sure patients benefits

6. Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues

7. Verify the credentials of health care professionals

8. Strong knowledge in Denial management

9. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed

10. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards

11. Work cohesively in a team setting, assist team members to achieve shared goals

12. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely manner

Skills Required:

having very good communication skill and ready to work in night shift (8pm to 5am)

Candidate should be with strong logical capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer applications

Minimum Qualification:

Any Graduation except Engg and Computer science

Candidates pursuing studies through distance education AND appearing for their FINAL year exams can also be considered.

Experience

0-3 months in any international call center. Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM

Basic knowledge of MS Office Preparing spreadsheets and documents

Good Communication skills must be able to fluently converse in English.

Must have a neutral accent

No stammering and lisp
