Our solutions include an all-in-one Practice management, Electronic Health Records, and Revenue Cycle Management software together with a Managed Billing Service and software department. We are looking for an experienced "AR Caller" to join our Medical Billing team in India.

The User is accountable to manage day to day activities of Denials Processing/ Claims follow-up/AR Calling

• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in the US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
• To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
• Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) to payment of their outstanding claims
• To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear
• Follow the quality guidelines and applicable rules for confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies
• Identify issues and escalate the same to the immediate supervisor
• Update Production logs
• Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual

Desired Profile:

• Graduate in Science or Arts
• Should be willing to work in US Shift
• Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process
• Should have 6 months to 2 yrs of AR calling Experience
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to prioritize and manage work queue
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words /min
