About the Role

We are looking for

AR Callers

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be confident on calls, able to communicate clearly, and ready to work in the US healthcare RCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide polite and professional responses to basic claim-related questions Gather and share required information with internal teams Follow communication guidelines and maintain call quality Document call details accurately in the system Assist team members with information collected during calls

Required Qualifications

Male candidates only

Minimum Graduate

(any stream) Freshers OR candidates with

customer care / voice support / AR calling

experience Strong English communication skills Comfortable working in

Night Shift (US Shift)

Basic computer and typing skills

Preferred Skills

Prior voice process experience Confidence on calls Ability to stay calm, polite, and professional during conversations
