We are looking for AR Caller in RCM Division who is ready to work at Ahmedabad location.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Performing outbound calls to insurance companies (in the US) to collect outstanding Accounts Receivables. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure timely resolution of unpaid medical insurance claims Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services and processes performed by the team Organizing and completing tasks according to assigned priorities.

Eligibility:

UG or above Minimum 1 year of Experience required in same field Excellent English Communication required (Oral & Verbal) Should be Comfortable with US Shifts Goal oriented and stable Positive attitude towards work
