Any graduate (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BA, etc.), recent graduates preferred from 2021 to 2025
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Good analytical and logical thinking abilities.
Basic knowledge of healthcare or US insurance (optional but an added advantage).
Willingness to work in night shifts.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
Good typing and documentation skills.
