We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our AR Calling team. The role involves communicating with clients in the US healthcare domain regarding billing, claims, and account resolutions. Candidates must be comfortable working in night/day shifts and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies and healthcare providers for claim status and resolution.
Follow up on pending or denied claims and update the system accordingly.
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and claim progress.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Requirements
1. Comfortable working the night shift.
2. Strong communication skills with fluent English (mandatory for calling).
3. Basic knowledge of Excel is required for updating records and maintaining reports.
4. Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency.
5. Paid training will be provided.
6. One-time free meal provided during shift.
7. Saturday and Sunday fixed off
