AR Callers
in the healthcare domain. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for following up on outstanding claims with insurance companies to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for calling insurance companies and obtaining claim status from different payers & documenting it in the system
Insurance eligibility verification and benefits check
Follow-up on unpaid claims, delayed processing, and underpayment
Identify denial reason and work on resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduate - Bachelor's (Preferred)
Good communication Skills (both written & verbal)Skill Set:
Willingness to learn medical billing processes
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, data entry)
Flexible to work from office in UK Shift
