Your RoleAccountable as the POS Lead, responsible for Retail POS, Enterprise Order Management, Merchandising Applications, and Store Operations. Provided support for bug fixes for POS and store-related issues. Responsible for addressing any service-impacting issues related to POS applications. Managing system upgrades, and other related applications. Handling incident, request, and problem management for POS applications. Acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and resolve software issues. Conducting detailed root cause analysis of complex business process issues and delivered appropriate system solutions; identified, validated and documented.
Your ProfileTranslate client business requirements and objectives into system solutions; developed necessary product modifications to meet client needs. Provide post-Go-Live support including bug fixes, issue resolution, and customer support; participated in and oversaw pre- and post-Go-Live activities. Lead automation initiatives and process improvements. Provide on-call support beyond business hours.
