We are looking for a dedicated

Aptitude & Reasoning Mentor

to train aspirants for

Banking exams

such as

IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO, SBI Clerk, and RBI Assistant

. The mentor will be responsible for teaching

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Logical Reasoning

using effective shortcuts, problem-solving methods, and exam-oriented strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive classes on

Quantitative Aptitude

and

Reasoning Ability

. Teach concepts with

shortcuts, tricks, and time-saving methods

. Prepare and deliver

topic-wise practice sessions and mock tests

. Analyze student performance and provide personalized feedback. Design and update

study materials

as per the latest

bank exam pattern

. Motivate and guide students to achieve their target scores.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in

Arithmetic, Data Interpretation, and Logical Reasoning

. Good communication and classroom management skills. Ability to explain complex problems in a simple and effective way. Up-to-date knowledge of

IBPS/SBI exam trends and question patterns

. Passion for teaching and mentoring aspirants.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Mathematics or Engineering background preferred). Previous experience in

Bank Exam Coaching

will be an added advantage.

Candidates who have cleared Bank Prelims or Mains exams

will be given preference.

Salary:

?15,000 - ?30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
