We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer

to conduct a one-month crash course for

Repco Bank Exam

aspirants. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classes, preparing students for competitive bank exams, and ensuring effective coverage of all relevant topics within the short-term program.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach

Aptitude and Reasoning

concepts tailored for bank exam preparation. Design and deliver short-term crash course sessions with exam-focused strategies. Prepare practice materials, mock tests, and problem-solving exercises. Provide individual guidance and doubt clarification to students. Track student progress and ensure improved performance in mock tests.

Qualifications & Skills:

Any

Bachelor's Degree

(Math/Engineering background preferred, but not mandatory). Strong command over

Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning

. Prior experience in

competitive exam training

is an advantage. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Ability to simplify concepts and motivate students for exam success.
