We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train college students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Communication Skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience conducting aptitude training sessions in a college environment and a passion for mentoring students to succeed in campus recruitment and placement drives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
Prepare students for campus recruitment written tests and aptitude assessments.
Design practice exercises, assessments, and mock tests to monitor student progress.
Motivate and guide students to achieve their placement goals.
Collaborate with the Training and Placement Cell to align training content with industry requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer in a college or training institute.
Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and English Communication.
Excellent presentation and classroom management skills.
Good mathematical reasoning and analytical ability.
A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualification: Any graduate / postgraduate with relevant aptitude training experience.
Salary: ?15,500 - ?25,000 per month
(Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates based on experience and performance.)
