We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to prepare school students for competitive school entrance examinations such as Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) and All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE). The trainer will be responsible for teaching aptitude-based subjects, developing problem-solving skills, and mentoring students for exam.
Key Responsibilities:-
Train students for JNVST, AISSEE, and other school-level entrance exams
Teach Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Mental Ability, and Verbal Ability
Design lesson plans, worksheets, and practice questions aligned with exam patterns
Conduct regular mock tests, practice sessions, and doubt-clearing classes
Track student performance and provide feedback to students and parents
Motivate students and build exam confidence and time-management skills
Stay updated with latest exam trends and syllabus changes.
Eligibility & Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education/Math preferred)
1+ years of experience in teaching aptitude or entrance exam coaching (Freshers with strong aptitude skills may apply)
Strong command over Mental Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning
Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is an added advantage)
Experience in coaching JNVST / AISSEE will be a strong plus

Ability to teach young learners (Class 4-8) effectively
Classroom management and student engagement skills
Patience, enthusiasm, and mentoring attitude
