We are looking for dynamic and passionate Aptitude Trainer to join our team,

Eligibility:

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any domain

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Prior training experience preferred

Responsibilities include:

Design and deliver training modules on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability in line with campus placement requirements. Teach problem-solving shortcuts, speed math techniques, and time management strategies for competitive tests. Develop topic-wise lesson plans, exercises, and mock tests based on the students' skill levels and target companies' exam patterns. Adjust training content to match industry trends, company-specific aptitude tests, and online/offline assessment formats. Conduct regular practice sessions, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student performance. Provide individual and group feedback to help students improve accuracy, speed, and conceptual clarity. Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and performance metrics. Share regular updates with the placement cell, faculty, and management on training outcomes. Continuously research and update training materials to reflect the latest campus recruitment patterns, aptitude test formats, and question trends. Inspire students to stay consistent with practice and develop confidence in their aptitude skills. Counsel and mentor students facing difficulties in grasping concepts. Coordinate with the placement department to align aptitude training with upcoming recruitment drives. Assist in pre-placement workshops and company-specific test preparation. Create question banks, practice worksheets, online test modules, and study guides for student self-learning.
