Placement Cell
to align training with industry requirements and company-specific test patterns.
Stay updated with trends in campus recruitment processes and aptitude testing standards.
Encourage students through mentoring and motivational sessions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role (Freshers with strong aptitude skills may also be considered).
Proficient in problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with online tools, digital learning platforms, and MS Office.
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to training for exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, GATE, or campus placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.).
Ability to motivate and engage large groups of students.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
