About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and skilled
Aptitude Trainer
to join our Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving. Experience with basic programming or coding skills will be a strong plus, helping to bridge analytical thinking with technical reasoning.

Develop and update
training content
, including handouts, mock tests, practice worksheets, and presentations aligned with the latest industry and exam standards.
(Optional) Integrate basic coding logic or problem-solving techniques using programming languages like
Python, Java, or C++
to enhance learning outcomes.
Conduct regular
assessments and quizzes
to track student progress and provide actionable feedback.
Offer
individual guidance and mentoring
to support student development and confidence.
Stay updated with trends in aptitude testing, campus hiring assessments, and tech-based problem-solving.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science
, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
1-2 years
of experience in aptitude training, coaching, or academic teaching.
Strong grasp of aptitude topics:
arithmetic, algebra, puzzles, logical reasoning
, etc.
Good understanding of
programming logic
and familiarity with at least one language (preferred).
Excellent
communication and presentation skills

Passion for teaching and mentoring students toward career readiness.
