Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery

: Conduct interactive training sessions (online/offline) covering Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, etc..

Content Development

: Create and update engaging training materials, practice tests, handouts, and original problems.

Student Assessment

: Perform regular assessments, track performance, identify learning gaps, and provide constructive feedback.

Mentorship

: Motivate and mentor students, building confidence and problem-solving skills.

Program Coordination

: Collaborate with academic teams, schedule sessions, and manage day-to-day operations.

Quality Assurance

: Stay updated on trends, ensure program effectiveness, and provide feedback for curriculum enhancement.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education

: Bachelor's/Master's degree (Science/Tech/Education/Psychology preferred).

Subject Expertise

: Strong grasp of Quant, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation, Mathematics.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS Office, online training tools.

Soft Skills

: Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience

: Proven experience of 3 years as a trainer or relevant mentoring/teaching background.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
