Aptitude Trainer

to train students and graduates in

Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal Aptitude.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct

Aptitude Training Sessions

(Quantitative, Logical, Verbal) for students enrolled for course. Teach

Quantitative Aptitude

topics like Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Data Interpretation, and Number Systems. Deliver

Reasoning Classes

on Analytical Reasoning, Puzzles, Syllogisms, Series, and Critical Thinking. Conduct

Verbal Ability

and

Communication Skills

sessions covering Grammar, Vocabulary, and Reading Comprehension. Design and execute

Mock Tests, Practice Papers, and Online Assessments

aligned with

Campus Recruitment Patterns

. Prepare high-quality

Training Content, Question Banks, and Test Materials

for student practice. Evaluate student performance, provide

feedback and improvement plans

, and track learning progress. Collaborate with the

Training & Placement Team

for schedule planning, performance reports, and training feedback. Stay updated with the latest

Aptitude Test Patterns and Industry Trends

in campus recruitment. Conduct

Online and Classroom Training

using platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
