Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in colleges and institutions, focusing on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Analytical Skills.
Adapt training methods to suit the learners needs and academic levels.
Travel to various colleges to deliver on-site aptitude training programs.
Evaluate students performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
Content Development:
Develop and update training materials, modules, question banks, and practice assessments related to aptitude and reasoning topics.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to ensure high-quality and effective content delivery.
Incorporate innovative teaching techniques, examples, and exercises to enhance learning outcomes.
In-House Responsibilities:
Support the team in designing and improving learning strategies.
Assist in planning and coordinating training schedules, logistics, and academic partnerships.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, feedback, and improvement ideas
Required Skills:
Strong command of Quantitative and Logical Aptitude concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage and connect with diverse groups of students.
Willingness to travel extensively for training sessions.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
A proactive and self-motivated approach toward continuous learning and improvement.
