Hiring - Aptitude Trainer

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs focused on aptitude and cognitive skills. Conduct classroom and online training sessions. Create engaging and interactive training materials. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in aptitude training. Collaborate with other trainers and educators to improve curriculum and training methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR MBA degree. Proven experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role. Strong understanding of cognitive skills and aptitude training techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage and motivate students. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with both classroom and online training environments.
